TERMS & POLICIES:
1) RESERVATION DEPOSITS: A deposit of one-third or one-night, whichever is greater, is required to secure all reservations.
2) CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS: Reservations require 14 days to cancel or amend. All cancellations and amendments will be subject to a service charge of 10% of the total charges or one-third of the required deposit (whichever is greater), cancellations with less than the required notice will forfeit the entire deposit. If you have any questions regarding this policy please call our business office upon receipt of this letter.
3) PETS: We have specific rooms that are Pet-Friendly (small to mid-sized dogs only), if you are traveling with a pet it is required that you notify us in advance of your arrival to assure proper placement into a room that is Pet-Friendly. Without notice we may not be able to accommodate you.
4) CHECK-IN TIME: Anytime after 2:00PM, if you expect to arrive after 9:00PM please notify us in advance to make arrangements for your arrival.
5) CHECK-OUT TIME: No later than 11:00AM, unless otherwise specified.
6) PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN: Cash, Traveler's Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, but we do not accept Personal Checks, except for reservation deposits 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
7) PARKING: One parking space each for Motel Units (rooms and standard suites), Two parking spaces each for Deluxe Suites. For additional off-site parking inquire with our office in advance of your arrival for recommendations.
